Topaz Signature Pad Software Removal

Follow these steps to remove any Topaz Signature Pad software that is currently on your system.

1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Click Uninstall a Program under the Programs heading.
3. Uninstall all software that references:
   1. SigPad
   2. SigWeb
   3. Topaz
4. Close the Control Panel.
5. Type mmc in the Search Bar.
6. Select Run as Administrator.
   NOTE - If you do not have administrator rights on your computer contact your local support team for assistance.
   
    
7. Open the File menu.
8. Select Add/Remove Snap-in from the menu.
   
    
9. Select Certificates from the list.
10. Click the Add > button.
    
     
11. Select the Computer Account option.
12. Click Next.
13. Click Finish.
14. Click OK to save the Snap-in.
15. Expand Certificates (Local Computer).
16. Look through each certificate folder for any certificates that are named:
    NOTE - If files with these names cannot be located, proceed to the next step.
    1. tablet.sigwebtablet.com
    2. light-automationFILESERVER-CA-Root
       1. Remove the certificates by:
          1. Right-clicking on the certificate name
          2. Clicking Delete
17. Reboot the computer to finish removing the Topaz Signature Pad Software from your system.
